FAQ
Common questions
How does the first session work?
The first session is a focused one-hour meeting conducted via video or phone. Emad will ask about your situation, explain your options, and outline what a working relationship would look like. The $450 session fee is applied toward any future work.
What should I bring to the session?
Just a clear sense of what you're trying to accomplish. If you have existing documents — a prior will, LLC paperwork, or similar — you're welcome to share them, but they're not required.
How quickly can I get started?
Emad typically has availability within one to two weeks. Book online via Calendly to see current openings.
Do you work with clients outside Illinois?
Federal trademark matters can be handled for clients anywhere in the country. Estate planning and business formation services are currently limited to Illinois residents and Illinois-based entities.
No Attorney-Client Relationship. Contacting this firm or booking a session does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only upon execution of a written engagement agreement.
